Do I need to buy a POS in order to start accepting pop payments?

Not at all. We will provide you with a QR Code to display in your store free of charge. If you wish to view your real-time transaction history online, all you need is your smartphone.

Is there a limit to the transaction amount that customers can pay using pop?

The daily and per transaction limit on pop is Rs 50,000, and the weekly limit is of Rs 200,000 on pop.

How do I enable a special offer or promo on pop?

How do I track payments received on pop?

Login to the pop Merchant Portal at https://merchants.pop.mu to view a snapshot of your earnings on your dashboard. For more details, go to Reports.

How can I get a pop Merchant account?

To become a pop Merchant, register online at https://merchants.pop.mu. The pop Merchant team will contact you and assist you for the next steps. Add a bank

Go to https://merchants.pop.mu and log in > Click on profile > Click on + button > Select your bank > Enter your bank account > Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Can I add several banks accounts?

Yes, to view and add bank accounts, go to https://merchants.pop.mu and log in. Click on profile. There, you will see your selected primary account and the list of all your connected bank accounts.

What is the pop Merchant Portal?

The pop Merchant Portal is your very own pop dashboard. It is where you can track and manage the payments you receive from customers who use pop as their preferred payment method.

Edit your personal/company details

To edit your company or contact details, please contact the pop Direct Sales Team on T: 202 9191 or E: sales@pop.mu or speak to your Relationship Manager.

Remove a bank account

Go to https://merchants.pop.mu and log in > Click on profile > Click on + button > Select the bank account > Select delete.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot or wish to change your password, go to https://merchants.pop.mu and click on Forgot Password. From there, Enter your registered mobile number > Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number > Enter a new password and confirm.
